Recomedation for use: For preventive purposes 500 mg of Quinta Essentia Terra should be diluted in 5 L of water that does not contain chlorine and fluorine (it is recommended to use it with water purified by reverse osmosis or analogue).

Application: 100 ml of solution orally in the morning after waking up, 100 ml orally in the evening before bed. Shake vigorously before use. Humic acids have a cumulative effect, we recommend taking it on a regular basis If symptoms of acute respiratory infections, acute respiratory viral infections, signs of any type of poisoning, including alcohol poisoning, or general malaise appear, for detoxification and antiviral purposes: 500 mg should be diluted in 1 L of water.
First dose 200 ml of solution at a time, after 2 hours another 200 ml at a time, further 100 ml of solution in the morning after waking up, 100 ml in the evening before bed. Shake vigorously before use.
