1 drop of Quinta Essentia Terra should be diluted in water that does not contain chlorine and fluorine (it is recommended to use it with water purified by reverse osmosis).

If symptoms of acute respiratory infections, acute respiratory viral infections, signs of poisoning, or general malaise appear: 2 mg/1 kg of body weight per day for 3 days. For example: weight ≤ 50kg=2 drops/day; weight=100kg=4 drops/day, etc.
